Because of the uniqueness of our items, we do not allow returns. Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). We can accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside the United States, but a follow-up fax and email will be sent informing you of the extra charge for shipping and handling before the purchase is confirmed. Insurance: All items are insured against damage. Claims must be made to Morgan Terry within 7 days of receiving the items and should be documented with photographs. In some cases, your insurance claim may be subject to inspection. Therefore, keep the packaging and merchandise in its original condition as best as possible.
